What are your packages/pricing options?

Only Ceremony music (includes prelude music) - $350

Only Cocktail Hour - $350

Ceremony music + Cocktail Hour - $450

1 Proposal - $200

Song requests are included in these prices. I don’t charge extra.

Do you play receptions?

Sometimes. Only small, intimate ones where you would slow dance to soft guitar. I’m playing one in 2026, shoutout to Brooke and Benjamin.

How do you accept payment?

Any way but Paypal. I use Venmo, Apple Pay, Chase Quickpay/Zelle, and Cash App. I also accept cash or checks.

do you require a deposit?

Yes. At least 50% of total price is required to save the date.

do you require gas compensation?

NO.

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel your booking of my service at any time prior to your event, I will give you a full refund.

do you require food or breaks?

No.

gear/set-up FAQs

Do you provide your own amplification?

Yes.

Do you need to plug in to a sound system?

No, but my equipment has that capability, and that will be a consideration for really large venues.

Will you need power at the venue?

Yes! I factor in “time for finding power and setting up” in my arrival time.

Will the guests be able to hear the guitar?

Yes.

What time will you arrive for set-up?

30-minutes to an hour before I start playing.

Set-list/music FAQs

Where can I hear your playing?

on Youtube, Facebook, or in the Videos tab above.

Do you have a list of songs to choose from?

Yes. I have a .pdf document I can send.

Do you take requests?

Yes. Your song choices can be whatever you like, either from my set-list or not.

How soon do you need my song choices?

At least 2 weeks before the ceremony is preferable, especially if they are totally new for me and I have to arrange them for the guitar. However, I know how busy things get, and if you get me the songs a week before, I can make that work. It’s happened before! (If a song is not on my set-list it will require the most prep time.)

Will this song work for just guitar?

Yes. So far I’ve been able to come up with a guitar arrangement of every song a client has requested.

Do you sing?

Not in public.

How many songs do I need to pick?

Ceremony Music (depending on your ceremony’s order, but usually 4 songs)- 1 song for mothers/grandmothers, 1 song for bridal party entrance, 1 song for bride’s entrance, 1 song for recessional

Proposals - 1 song, 2 tops

For prelude music and cocktail hour I play my choice of songs from my setlist, but you can feel free to steer me in the right direction. For example, let me know if you hate Disney songs, or Taylor Swift, or classical music.

Can you play a certain song slower (or faster) than the recorded version ?

Sure! You can make style suggestions for any song.
